Warranties for Installed Audio-Visual Systems
All Gear 7 systems are sold with a minimum 1 year warranty. Extended warranties may be included in a project price, but can be sold seperately if required.
Often, the equipment supplied may feature of a warranty of 2 years or more, in which case we will of course support it for the entire warranty period.
A feature of our service that we like to think sets us apart is our free 9-month health check. This is designed to catch any defects whilst still covered by your warranty. It also provides us with an opportunity to catch up with you and ensure that you are still happy with the system.
