The installation of a home-cinema, presentation, video-conferencing or any other kind of av system is just the beginning. Our last day on site is the first day that you, the customer, has to start living with your system!

To ease the learning curve, we take care to properly train all the main users of a system in it's operation. For reference, we provide tailored Operation and Maintenance Manuals (including full schematics and engineering drawings where appropriate). And if that still leaves you with questions, we're always on the end of the phone.

Available by telephone and email, our technical support is free of charge for at least one year after installation - and we won't charge for simple queries even after that!

If your system is mission critical, we even provide an emergency contact number and call-out facility.

All these facilities can be extended through a service contract, which brings with it regular health checks and reports, ensuring that your system remains tip-top condition.
